He added that while Vinicius might not fit Chelsea’s usual recruitment model, his commercial value could tempt the club to push the boundaries of PSR.
However, Williams also pointed out that Chelsea’s financial position could be challenging in the 2024-25 season without the usual intra-company sales, meaning they might face some hurdles.
